Louis Cammarosano and the rest of the executive staff are a bunch of whiny babies. They should be thrown in jail for they way they cheat employees and real estate professionals.

Not minimum-security jail, either. Seriously, can't someone just put Bubba's dick in Louis' mouth to shut him up? There's a Bubba in every jail. Trust me.

Louis cries when people speak out against Homegain. GET USED TO IT. IT IS THE OPINION OF ALL.

God Damn you Louis Cammarosano. May you be struck by lightning tomorrow you piece of trash.

louis cammarosano should be questioned by the authorities for his constant attempts to shut down free speech by using questionable tactics. we are keeping a close eye on your tactics cammarosano.

someone should investigate whether louis cammarosano, homegain, classified ventures llc and its owners are violating people's civil rights. if it is discovered that civil rights are being violated a call to the aclu and a bunch of lawyers is in order.

i've missed you homegainsucks; but i still hate you Louis.

The Italian mobster mentality rules HomeGain. You don't cross HomeGain. You don't cross Louis Cammarosano or Salvo Giammarresi. It appears the dirty Italian lawyer and his newest Italian sidekick are prepared to stop criticism of HomeGain by any means necessary. Why are you afraid of criticism Louis Cammarosano? Which skeletons in the HomeGain closet are you attempting to conceal?

This just in PR Newswire...

Louis IS a rabid monkey!

Discuss.

Man, you say the funniest things.
Louis looks like a monkey but he is not rabid. Do you see foam coming out his mouth?
Who else are you going to say stuff about? Matt Malmgren? He's one of the nicest, most capable people at homegain. He's doing his best to help our agents and his staff. I suppose you don't like him either.

blog admin, please bring back the diagram exposing louis cammarosano's fradulent toupee.
if the man can't choose the right hair piece for his head, how can we expect him to run homegain competently?
continue to expose the italian lawyer's flawed judgement in choosing a good hair piece.

Another faithful reader has emailed me that Homegain's parent company had another lawsuit bitch slapped against them. They are accused of discrimination for $75,000,001---what? I would like to see them TRY to keep their heads above water after all this.

Do I hear the military memorial "Taps" playing?!

I checked the details of the lawsuit filed against Classified Ventures LLC by Donna Laird. Apparently HomeGain's parent company is being sued for $75 million dollars ($75,000,0001--that's a helluva a lot of zeroes)in federal court. No wonder our facilities remain stuck in pre-World War I conditions. All the money CV is making is going towards paying mounting legals fees. The lawyers are dancing in the streets!

Barry is a big time cry baby. He is all consumed with how things make him "feel" and not how to make Homegain a good company.

Louis throws temper tantrums like a baby. He's got issues and I am sure it stems from his shortcomings.

Two pansy assed crybabies!!

Besides, the only reason homegain had higher net income in 2007 than in 2006 is because management reduced the sales team by 80%, otherwise we would have been in the red. homegain management always plays around with words and exaggerates income and revenue without making our figures public. there is no shame in saying that we generate revenues of $32 million a year in a multibillion industry. at least we generate more revenue than head over heels and the taco trucks on high street.

Another faithful reader has emailed me that Homegain's parent company had YET ANOTHER lawsuit bitch slapped against them. They are accused of patent infringement and are being sued for millions of dollars. I would like to see them TRY to keep their heads above water after all this. Guys, it is not good business to discriminate, steal patents or deny OT to your employees.

As an openly gay/queer business powerbroker and former HomeGain CEO, I, Richard Sommer object to Louis Cammarosano's use of the word FAG in the previous post.

To the last poster:
Louis cammarosano can't even find a good quality toupee for his baldheaded ass and you dare him to find you?
Louis Cammarosano, HomeGain and Classified Ventures are only good at finding lawsuits, BBB complaints and agent cancellations. Nothing more, nothing less.

I work at HomeGain and I think that James Ridley, Sarah Choi; Peggy Boehm; Salvatore Giammarresi; Barry James; Doug Haas; Matt Malmgren; Mandy Grace; Tim Fagan; Tom Newell; Simon Zhang; Loren Swanson; Megan Casey; and Louis Cammarosano are terrific to work with. I don't know some of the other people you all slammed on this blog "cuz they no longer work at homeGain. HomeGain is a wonderful place to work. I know Peggy Boehm; Salvatore Giammarresi; Jim Ridley; Barry James; Doug Haas; Matt Malmgren; Sarah Choi; Mandy Grace; Tim Fagan; Tom Newell; Simon Zhang; Loren Swanson; Megan Casey; and Louis Cammarosano think so and I do too.

Louis Cammarosano: You compare HomeGain to Costco? You truly think HomeGain employees are dumb and naive; You blatantly hit a new low with your most recent propaganda piece. You DO NOT RESPECT US AT ALL. You wrote:

"Costco treats their employees well. They do not have the same union issues that plague WalMart because they provide generous benefits and pay substantially higher than minimum wage. Theft of merchandise by employees at Costco is also very low.

By treating their customers and employees well and making them true partners in their endeavor, Costco has been rewarded by their customers with millions of referrals.

At HomeGain we believe the Costco model is worth emulating."

Louis, if the Costco model is worth emulating, how come your boss Richard (DICK) W. Burke VP at Classified Ventures sent out an inadvertent email in which he said: NOBODY AT HOMEGAIN WAS WORTH A DAMN AND WAS NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A RAISE FOR TWO YEARS UNLESS HE/SHE WAS A "FLIGHT RISK"? Is that what a "true partner" says to another "true partner"?

STOP THE CHARADE. We know all too well how you screw us with low pay, long hours and a bunch of bull. If HomeGain is such a great place to work explain to us why the sales team shrunk from 60 employees last year to 8 today? 52 employees loved working at HomeGain so much that they fled to greener pastures? Why don't you explain to us why the VP of engineering quit after one week of work at HomeGain? I doubt Roger Paulo's shoes were too big to fill. We are tired of your phoney balloney.

You also say Costco employees don't steal merchandise from Costco; and your point is what? Because of the low pay, we would all love to steal merchandise from HomeGain, however there is nothing worth stealing. Is there anything of value we can steal from HomeGain? Hell no! We know the leads are worthless, the computers are old, the carpet has been here since 2002 and the chairs date back to 1999.......and dude don't even get me started on the ghetto HomeGain benefits. You definitely don't wanna go there.

Jim Ridely and Louis Cammarosano and Salvo Giammarresi are great employees and fine individuals. You are a coward to post in this fashion. Gives us your name and we will tell you what we think of you!

HOMEGAIN DROPS PAGE RANK! They are FAILING!
After reading an article by those bastards at Inman News, I am inspired by the fact that Homegain has dropped rank online: from number 2 in January, to number 5 in February to number 7 today. Those bastards are going down like my morning turd down the toilet....like we all have been saying for years!!

I am so inspired I decided to write a haiku to commemorate this evidence that Homegain sucks ass and will go under soon. Just search "homegain drops rank" and it will come up in a simple google search.

Those mother f_ckers deserve this. They are going down fast.

Homegain sucks foul ass
They lie, cheat, steal and are sinking.
They are run by loser freakazoids.

More evidence suggests HomeGain's impending demise:

Jun 16, 2008 The McClatchy Co. which owns Classified Ventures, which in turn owns HOMEGAIN (NYSE: MNI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) (Current Market Cap: US$654.42 Mil.) plans to reduce its workforce by about 10% through both voluntary and involuntary separations, as well as managed attrition, involving about 1,400 full-time equivalent employees.
The company said it will retain its strategic focus on sales, news and online operations as it realigns operations, with decisions about the size and profile of changes differing by location.

McClatchy said it has historically refrained from using broad layoffs to manage staff size, relying instead on attrition and selected job eliminations through outsourcing (the same as HomeGain has done with its sales team). This has resulted in workforce reduction of 13% between the end of 2006 and April 2008. The company said that "TODAY's more competitive media environment and challenging operating conditions mean the company must move more aggressively to shape the overall workforce."

The company's cash expenses were down 10.5% in the first quarter of 2008 and FTE count was down 7.5% from prior year. The latest moves will produce annual savings of about $70 million from staff reductions as part of a plan to reduce overall expenses by $95 million to $100 million over the next four quarters.

Combined with previous expense control initiatives, McClatchy said it expects to reduce non-newsprint cash expense in the low double-digit percentage range over the balance of 2008 excluding severance costs of about $30 million.

Sacramento, California-based McClatchy is a newspaper company with thirty daily newspapers, around fifty non-dailies, and direct marketing and direct mail operations. McClatchy also operates local websites in each of its markets, which extend its audience reach.

The company also owns a portfolio of digital assets, including 14.4% of CareerBuilder, an online job site, and 25.6% of Classified Ventures, a newspaper industry partnership that offers two classified websites.

Hold on to your hats fellow HomeGain employees. You are in for the ride of your lives! No job is safe, even that of Max The Hairy Gorilla. LMAO!!!!

To the June 7th poster: Tom Newell the lawyer no longer employed at Homegain. Louis Cammarosano decided 2 gutter rat lawyers was 1 too many at Homegain so they let Newell go.

I tried every product on HomeGain for 3 years and got NOTHING IN RETURN but bills and charges from HomeGain. I would not recommend HomeGain to anyone. One time I made a seller account in my area to see my competiotion and realized I was competing against 30other agents! The products are a waste of time and money.
